Weekend Immersion

Program Format

Weekend Immersion

A condensed, high-impact weekend designed for busy schedules and quick resets. Two full days, one powerful curriculum — delivered Saturday and Sunday with shared lunches and time to reflect.

Duration

2 days (Sat & Sun)

Schedule

1 session per day (6 hours)
Lunch included

Venue

The DragonTree Temple — a beautiful sanctuary surrounded by rainforest on a private property in the Byron hinterland. We weave nature and the four elements — earth, water, fire and air — into every session, using the land itself as a teacher to help the girls slow down, reconnect and remember who they are.

What we explore

  1. 01

    Self-Worth & Inner Confidence

We begin by breaking down the illusion of perfection. By stepping back and gaining awareness, they start to question the narratives they've been absorbing and reconnect with who they truly are. They learn to quiet the inner critic and build a strong, supportive relationship with themselves. The focus is on self-love, emotional awareness, and understanding what truly supports or drains their energy. Girls begin to recognize their inner dialogue, shift negative patterns, and build a foundation of confidence rooted in self-worth rather than external validation.

  2. 02

    Healthy Relationships & Boundaries

Understanding what real, healthy relationships look and feel like. Girls explore friendships, social and family dynamics and early romantic relationships through the lens of self-respect and boundaries. They learn to recognize red flags, identify who lifts them up or brings them down, and develop the confidence to choose relationships that align with their values.

  3. 03

    Resilience & Real-Life Tools

Developing the tools and healthy coping mechanisms to move through challenges with confidence and clarity. We learn how to navigate discomfort, setbacks, and negative emotions in a healthy way. Girls gain practical tools to shift their mindset, find meaning in challenges, and leave the program with a deeper sense of strength, self-trust, and personal commitment. We explore the practice of gratitude as a daily anchor - a way to soften hard moments and stay connected to what matters. Girls learn that growth often lives on the other side of discomfort, and that polarity within us - light and shadow, ease and struggle - is part of becoming whole. With the right mindset, challenge becomes one of their greatest teachers.

  4. 04

    Social Media Awareness

Integration. A ritual to mark her step forward into who she's becoming.
